First Settlement Neighborhood

This year the First Settlement Neighborhood has gone through some big transitional moments. The Essen Haus redevelopment project was approved, the Lake Front Porch Park was approved, the Madison Lakeway project continues on, and Amtrak seems to chugging along with our neighborhood in focus. We will be discussing this year and next year the new Brayton Lot RFP and engaging with our fellow neighbors in generative discussion that looks to the future of our neighborhood. 

Our neighborhood has also partnered with The Blair Street Gardens to do some wonderful gardening days that are reward with lemonade and new friends.
